Gonzalez
ramon.JPG (69718 bytes) As a professor at Farmingdale State College, School of Engineering and Technologies, Department of Aviation, I enjoy the teaching and interacting with students, faculty, and staff.   After two years of working in the Aviation Department as an adjunct professor, I applied and was accepted for a full time position as Assistant Professor in the spring semester of 2006. I served as a program coordinator for the department as well as Acting Chairperson from August 2007 to June 2008. I am currently working toward my Doctoral Degree in Educational Administration at Dowling College, (class of 2010).

I enjoy investigating the probable cause of aviation accidents, the history of such flight and its flight crew. I have a passion for mathematics and physics. I get great pleasure using physics in teaching aerodynamics, weight and balance, and meteorology.
